Muniact Terms of Service

Last updated: June 29, 2026

1. Overview

These Terms of Service are between you and Aarsh Innovations LLC, which operates Muniact. They govern your access to and use of Muniact, including our website, subscription checkout, account features, newsletters, alerts, sample documents, and related municipal information services.

By using Muniact or subscribing to a Muniact product, you agree to these terms. If you are using Muniact on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. What Muniact Provides

Muniact gathers municipal agendas, minutes, notices, zoning, development, public works, bid, and vendor-opportunity information, then turns the important details into business-oriented briefings and timely alerts.

Muniact is an informational service. It is not legal, financial, engineering, procurement, tax, real estate, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing official source documents and consulting qualified advisors before making business decisions.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscription prices, billing intervals, and available municipalities are shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You are responsible for keeping billing information current. If a payment fails, access to paid services may be delayed, suspended, or canceled.

4. Accounts and Access

You may need to sign in with Google, email login, or another supported authentication method to manage your subscription or access account features. You are responsible for protecting your login access and for activity under your account.

5. Source Documents and Accuracy

Muniact works from municipal source materials and related public information. Municipal records may be incomplete, delayed, amended, withdrawn, or later corrected by the issuing authority. We may also summarize uncertain or agenda-stage items before final minutes or resolutions are available.

We aim to make important signals easier to find, but we do not guarantee that any issue, alert, summary, source link, date, deadline, agenda item, award, ordinance, or business opportunity is complete, current, or error-free.

We use reasonable efforts to review and summarize information in good faith, but Muniact cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of municipal information or our summaries. You must independently verify information with official municipal records and qualified advisors before making any business, legal, procurement, real estate, financial, or other professional decision.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Muniact, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or resell paid content without permission, use the service for unlawful purposes, or misrepresent Muniact content as official municipal communication.

7. Intellectual Property

Aarsh Innovations LLC owns the Muniact website, brand, design, original summaries, organization, analysis, and newsletter presentation. Public source documents remain subject to their own ownership and public-record rules. A subscription does not transfer ownership of Muniact content or technology.

8. Third-Party Services

Muniact may rely on third-party services for payment processing, authentication, hosting, analytics, email delivery, and similar functions. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Changes and Availability

We may update the service, pricing, coverage areas, features, delivery schedule, terms, or policies. We may also suspend or change parts of the service for maintenance, security, operational, or business reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Muniact is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost profit damages, or for business decisions made based on Muniact content. Muniact, operated by Aarsh Innovations LLC, is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
